The Savvy Decorator offers Free Shipping on domestic orders over $29.00. This applies to orders shipped within the United States only. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
International buyers, please note that some of wallpaper brands might not be eligible for shipping to your country (outside of US) due to the distribution agreement restrictions. In this case you will be immediately notified and your payment will be refunded.
The majority of orders ship the 1-2 business days. Others, excluding some custom and specialty items, ship within 2-5 business days. Custom and specialty orders may take an additional 7-14 days to process.
Should the situation arise where an order is not processed immediately, due either to manufacturer or other delays, the purchaser will be notified immediately via email.
Shipping costs can be determined with the shipping calculator tool during checkout. The Savvy Decorator charges only actual shipping fees. The shipping costs calculated are determined by the rates of the shipping companies. We ship to PO Boxes and street addresses. Overnight shipping is available for select items. Tracking Your Packages
We currently offer shipping for our US customers through UPS, USPS and 2nd Day Air. Once a purchase is made, an email containing order confirmation and package tracking information is sent to the purchaser. Tracking can also be conducted through the links below:
International shipments are sent USPS Air Mail. Delivery times vary to different locations and with customs procedures. Most international shipments arrive within 7-14 days.
We gladly accept most items for return or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be posted back within 30 days of original shipping date.
- Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and 15% manufacturer's restocking fee applies.
- For prompt and proper credit, request the Return Authorization number and include it with the return.
However, we cannot accept returns of certain items:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping.
- Any item that is not in its original re-sellable condition and packaging.
- Murals and wallpaper panels.
- Clearance items.
- Wallpaper samples
Packages refused by the customer will be restocked with a 30% fee deducted from the refund. In addition, any postage fees associated with recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has reached our warehouse for processing. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by Email to check the current status of your order. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders of samples and orders with expedited shipping option selected.
We begin processing 2nd Day Air and Overnight (Express) shipping orders immediately. For this reason, we are unable to change or cancel orders where 2nd Day Air or Overnight (Express) shipping options were selected.
