Tools

Before you start…

Check to see if you have the tools you’ll need. An essential is a plumb-line or a level (to draw your guidelines). You’ll also need:

• 1.Scissors
• 2.Sponge
• 3.Plastic smoother
• 4.Tape measure
• 5.Knife (with “snap-off” blades)
• 6.Metal cutting edge
• 7.Step ladder
• 8.Tray
• 9.Bucket (for clean water)
• 10.Plastic drop sheets (protect the carpet/floor)
